Because some
areas of the Medical Center depend on work created by the level of patient
activity, there may at times be insufficient work for all employees in
some departments. At such times of low patient activity, the Medical
Center may require that an employee take a scheduled day off. Employees
have the option to cover Hospital Request time off with accrued CTO time
in order to avoid a “short” in their paycheck. |
